It is easier to quit smoking if you know how dependant you are on cigarettes. Here’s how you find your dependence.

If you feel the urge to smoke your first cigarette within 30 minutes of awakening and you smoke more than 30 cigarettes/day, you have high cigarette dependence and you must start the therapy with EZEEQUIT 4mg. If you feel the need to smoke later than 30 minutes of awakening and you smoke 20 – 30 cigarettes/day, you have moderate cigarette dependence and you can initiate the therapy with EZEEQUIT 2mg. However, if you smoke less than 20 cigarettes/day, you have low cigarette dependence and you can initiate the therapy with EZEEQUIT 1mg.
